Wild Spirit products, unless specified otherwise, are lovingly made to order in our studio in Riga, Latvia. Please allow us 1-2 weeks to make the items. They will be shipped out in 2 -15 working days after the payment is completed.
We offer custom orders – custom-sized items, existing designs from different materials, or custom designs with the materials we have. However, we encourage you to contact us prior placing your order to help you decide on the size and possibilities. Please note that custom-sized orders are non-refundable.
We ship via Registered mail by Latvian Post or Omniva courier for all orders laced in Baltic states. All orders are provided with tracking information.
Approximate delivery times: 5-15 business days within Europe; 10-25 business days to the US and Canada; 15-30 business days to Australia, New Zealand, Asia and other parts of the world. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. When placing an order, please allow enough time for production and shipping, and also check if the address is correct on your receipt. We are not responsible for shipping delays because of the issues with post or customs, weather conditions, worker strikes and other circumstances that are not up to us.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
The order is considered complete when the tracking information on Latvian Post’s, your local post’s or Omniva website is marked as delivered. In case of disputes, we will contact the Latvian Post or Omniva which will then request information from the destination country. Please note that it will take time to resolve such cases.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at any time in our sole discretion. Please note we cannot accept an order if we cannot receive authorization for your payment.
Returns and Refunds
We are dedicated to making quality products that the customers are happy with. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or the wrong size or item has been sent by mistake, we will accept returns, given that we receive a written notice 14 days after the delivery. Please get in touch with us using the messaging function on the website or reply directly from your order confirmation email.
The products have to be returned in new and unused condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We suggest using a courier or registered service, as the customer is responsible for any losses and damages while in transit back to us.
Please note that custom orders and intimate goods due hygiene reasons (panties, bodysuits) cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
